Bentley College now has more than 271 full and 202 part-time faculty members, who teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels. At Bentley College 83 percent of the faculty members hold doctoral degrees. Many of the faculty members have significant business experience. The faculty to student ratio is 1 to 12.

Traditionally a top ranked business college, Bentley College now offers liberal arts degrees as well. Business and Information Technology, Ethics and Social Responsibility, and Global Commerce and Culture are general themes carried through the fields of studies. Bentley College is a leader in integrating information technology into the business curriculum. Bentley College now offers bachelor of science degrees in 11 business fields, and bachelor of arts majors in six arts and sciences disciplines. The Bentley College Graduate School offers eight master of science degrees, integrated MS and MBA degrees, and MBA degrees with 16 areas of concentration.
